For 20+ years I’ve supported women in turning their big visions into real life. I also understand, intimately, what it costs us when we believe we have to do things the hard way. Like so many, I was trained to be addicted to struggle and proving my worth through “hard work”. I was also addicted to the stress hormones caused by that approach. I eventually learned that reaching my next level wasn’t about working harder. It was about creating more space between me and burnout. Three and a half years after my bankruptcy was discharged, I bought my own home, solo, and I’m here to show you how.
